Heather L. Hartung
Heather L. Hartung is an Associate of WBA and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Miami of Ohio in 1994 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana, School of Law in 2003. Ms. Hartung has extensive transactional legal experience in the areas of community association law, real estate, land-use planning and employment-based immigration as well as litigation and collection experience representing homeowners associations.
Ms. Hartung’s practice at WBA focuses on the representation of homeowners associations and special districts throughout Colorado with specific emphasis on debt recovery from delinquent owners. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Having been an attorney for over a decade, and with an additional six years of paralegal experience prior to law school, Ms. Hartung knows the importance of prioritization and organization when it comes to obtaining desired results for clients.
