Jennifer F. Kemp
Ms. Kemp is an associate of WBA. Prior to joining WBA, she litigated civil rights, employment, and land use matters on behalf of many cities, towns, and counties across Colorado in private practice. She also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Colorado Department of Law where she represented the Department of Corrections and its employees in civil rights and constitutional law cases.
After law school, Ms. Kemp clerked for the Honorable E. James Burke at the Wyoming Supreme Court.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time cooking, cheering on the Rockies and Broncos, and spending time with my husband and two dogs.
