Ms. Fogg rejoined WBA in 2023 and has been practicing special district law since 2017. Her practice focuses on all areas of special district representation including organization, financing of public infrastructure and build-out. Prior to joining WBA, Ms. Fogg served as in-house counsel to a private real estate equity firm and worked on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and 1031 exchange programs.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time staying active with her husband and two young boys.
