Mr. Fegan is an associate attorney at WBA, where his practice focuses on the representation of special taxing districts and other special purpose public entities. He has previous legal experience as a judicial law clerk as well as a litigator in domestic relations matters. Mr. Fegan currently also works as an adjunct faculty at Denver Sturm College of Law, where he supports law students in their bar exam preparation.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys playing basketball, working on his chess skills, and spending time with his family.
