Betsy Fowler Russon
Attorney
[email protected]
Ms. Russon was born and raised in St. George, Utah, and is currently a resident of Lehi, Utah. After law school Betsy clerked for Judge Robert C. Jones of the Nevada Federal District Court, and then worked as a career clerk for Judge Kent J. Dawson of the Nevada Federal District Court for four years. After clerking, Ms. Russon joined a Utah County-based law firm as an associate attorney where for 13 years she represented thousands of clients in their federal social security disability claims before administrative law judges in Colorado, Nevada, and Utah.
Ms. Russon brings a wealth of experience in both federal and state legislative matters, as well as a breadth of knowledge in federal administrative law. She has over 15 years of experience helping both clients and federal agencies navigate and publish federal regulations and regulatory guidelines, and advising clients as they implement state and federal regulatory practices.
Outside of work, Betsy enjoys spending time outside with her husband and children on their 4h generation family farm, with chickens, an alfalfa patch, and a very excitable labradoodle.
