Ms. Velasco is an attorney at WBA. She specializes in the representation of special districts and other special-purpose public entities. Prior to joining WBA, she practiced real estate law for five years, representing financial institutions in matters such as quiet title actions, common interest ownership association issues, regulatory compliance, and foreclosures.
Outside of work, Eve enjoys spending time gardening, traveling, and keeping up with current events.
