Mr. Elsner is an attorney at WBA. His work there focuses on representing special governmental districts and other entities in support of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining WBA, Mr. Elsner practiced bankruptcy, real estate and title law, and commercial law.

When not at work, Mr. Elsner enjoys all things sports and spending time in the mountains, both camping and snowboarding.
