Matt Gray is an Attorney at WBA.  He advises clients on the formation and operation of special governmental districts and other entities used to finance public projects.  He has specialized in public finance law including bond and other transactions, securities law and tax law.  He has represented metropolitan districts, urban renewal authorities, developers, financial institutions, cities, towns, school districts, public improvement and special improvement districts and many other participants in the process of providing public infrastructure.  He previously served as a Colorado State Representative as chair of the House Transportation and Local Government committee.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys cycling, exploring with his kids and dogs, and travelling the western United States.
